Anyways, today i decide to come early to the stadium to get a good seat (since its a free seating)..reached at Bukit Jalil stadium around 1.45pm..parking wasn't a bitch today since its still quite early (kick off at 5.30pm)..although there's a nice 4 hours before the game starts, there's already a long queue at the gate entrance..it was madness, hot and boring..thank god some fools came wearing Pool's, Chelski, Gonners, and Real jersey became our boo-ing stock..
I pity those dude wearing Liverpool's jersey..they get the most stick from the crowd..deservedly i said..but Fuck you pool fans..you are at the wrong place..head South(Singapore) if you want to see the Spanish Fat Waitress and Co..Oh, did i tell you that i bought the new Man Utd jersey earlier on..it cost me RM259..expensive but hey, its not every time Man Utd comes here..and i have to say that this is my very first original jersey..Shhh..the rest are fakes..HAHAHA..
After waited about 1 hour, the gate finally open and you can see the crowd like 'kambing lepas kadang'..haha..no food are allowed in but the fucked up part is there's no one selling inside..i was quite surprise to see DSLR camera are allowed in..damn it, i should have one of those one day..its quite handy when it comes to taking a far distant picture..normal digital camera zoom are lousy..but for today, i have to make use with digicam..
Didn't i tell you it is hot inside..It was FUCKING HOT!!..this is the longest I've been under a sunlight since school days..a nice 2 hours of sunbathing, or shall i say, sweat bathing..LOL..I think I'm a bit darker now..but its all good in the end..
Both team came out for their warm up session 30 minutes before the game starts..the crowd is increasing from time to time..i do get some nice 'cuci mata' material in the stadium but i think the chicks are better on the training day..
Around 5.40pm the game officially starts..Man Utd starts strong with string of passes..Malaysia look like their playing on counter attack..On the 8th minute, Rooney broke the dead lock with a nice goal after being set up by Nani..20 minutes later, Rooney return the compliment to Nani as he set up the Portuguese's goal..At last Malaysian are able to see the famous Moonsault celebration by Nani..
We thought the score is going to favour Man Utd at half time, but goodness me..how wrong are we..a beautiful goal by Amri Yahya gave Malaysia a life line just before half time..a beautiful chip over Van der Sar who was caught off line by the tiny Malaysian striker..the crowd went berserk..it was madness...if Andy Gray were to commented this match i bet he will say the 'famous' line.. "Take a bow son, Take a bow"..
Second half starts with a surprise..Malaysia score again by the same player..Now how good is this Amri Yahya? The first goal was a beauty, but the second i would say lucky..a blunder by Foster gave him the goal..kudos to Amri for being alert to the situation and taking advantage of it..After that goal, you can hear the crowd asking for Sir Alex to bring Michael Owen on..indeed, Sir Alex fulfill the crowd's wish..he threw Owen in to replace Rooney..
There's not much attempt by Owen but i could see his movement was fantastic..and so does his positioning..if someone could provide a pass to him, i think we could see Owen score 10-15 goals this coming season..mark my word on this..
With about 5-6 minutes to full time, I've resigned to see another goal in the match..but Owen had other ideas..after Giggs collied with the Malaysian keeper, the ball fell kindly to Owen who controls it and made no mistake in putting it in the net..what a way to announce your arrival..plus the fact that you played for our biggest rival before..i think you'll be love here, Owen..keep on scoring and eventually we'll forget that you're a Scouser before..
